  •  What is our Return Policy?
Our return policy allows customers up to 7 business days to request a refund for their order from the date the package is received, and returns are only accepted if paintings are received damaged. (Please include pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging.)
Please note: (Returned paintings must be in the original product packaging.) Once the painting is received, we will issue your refund.

  • What are the Shipping Options?
We offer Free Standard Shipping to the US and Canada on Paintings by Canada Post.
     Please note: Art with Evie does not offer local pickup.
  • Do I have to pay Taxes or Duties?
 Yes. Taxes are included on shipping rates and there is a handling fee as well. We take care of the duties.
  • When will I Receive my Order? 
Processing Date: 1-2 Business Days.
  • For Free Standard Shipping on Paintings to Canada you will receive your package within 3-9 business days from the processing date.
  • For Free Standard shipping to the US you will receive your package within 4-8 business days from the processing date.
  • What do I do if I Never Received my Order?

  • How is the Product Made? Where do the Materials Come From?

We use high quality materials and premium paints that deliver perfect consistency for blending, layering, and creating texture. Materials are bought locally.
